Bookings and payments run through Bokun and your voucher arrives by email. For a change or cancellation, WhatsApp is fastest, and your driver's details reach you the day before departure.

What's the difference between the private and shared tour?

The private tour (Bokun exp 820488) is RM 334.95 for 2 adults with complimentary hotel pickup within 5 km of the Twin Towers. The shared tour (exp 987324) is RM 111.65 per adult, meets at Suria KLCC Ramlee Entrance (take a Grab) with no hotel pickup, and drops off at the Petronas Twin Towers. Both run 4 hours.

How does hotel pickup work on the private tour?

Pickup is complimentary within 5 km of the Twin Towers; the Corus Hotel is the meeting point beyond that, and outskirt pickup can be arranged for a fee. Be in the lobby 10 minutes early. Waiting time is 30 minutes, then no-show. Your driver's details come by WhatsApp the day before.

What is the cancellation policy?

For the shared and combo tours, cancellation is free until 1 day before; within 1 day it's a 100% fee. For the private day tour, you get a refund if cancelled at least 2 days before. Bokun handles the booking and shows the exact terms at checkout.
