1. Who you are contracting with

Putrajaya Tours is a brand of Exotic Asia Holidays Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd, ROC 898289M, a member of MATTA (MA3643) holding Ministry of Tourism licence KPL/LN/6245. By booking a tour through this website you agree to these terms.

2. What we provide

We operate guided tours in and around Kuala Lumpur, specifically:

  • Putrajaya Half-Day Tour — private with hotel pickup, or shared meeting at Suria KLCC, both 4 hours and including the lake cruise
  • Putrajaya Combo Tours — the 12-hour 4-in-1 with Batu Caves, KL City and the Kuala Selangor fireflies, and the 8-hour Grand KL, Putrajaya and Batu Caves tour

We are not the operator of Cruise Tasik Putrajaya. Where a tour includes the lake cruise, we buy that ride from its operator on your behalf. We are not a government body and have no official role in Putrajaya.

3. Bookings and payment

Bookings are made through our reservation provider, Bokun, and your voucher is issued by email. Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The price charged at checkout is the price that applies. Where a figure published on this site differs from the booking widget, the widget is correct and we will correct the page.

Private tours are priced per group and tiered by the number of travellers. Child rates apply as shown at checkout. Booking cutoff is one day before departure on most tours and 12 hours on the Grand KL tour.

4. What is included and excluded

Inclusions and exclusions are listed on each tour page and confirmed at checkout. In general, tips, personal expenses, travel insurance and attraction entrance fees that are not expressly listed are excluded. The Grand KL, Putrajaya and Batu Caves tour does not include a boat cruise.

5. Pickup, meeting points and waiting time

  • Private half-day tour: complimentary pickup within 5 km of the Petronas Twin Towers; the Corus Hotel is the meeting point beyond that; outskirt pickup can be arranged for a fee. Waiting time is 30 minutes, after which a no-show is recorded.
  • Shared half-day tour: meet at Suria KLCC, Ramlee Entrance. There is no hotel pickup and drop-off is at the Petronas Twin Towers.
  • Combo tours: a strict 5-minute waiting time applies, after which a no-show is recorded.

Please be at the meeting point or in your hotel lobby 10 minutes early. Your driver's details are sent by WhatsApp the day before departure.

6. Cancellations and changes

  • Shared half-day tour and the 4-in-1 combo: free cancellation until 1 day before departure; within 1 day, a 100% fee applies.
  • Private half-day tour and the Grand KL tour: refund if cancelled at least 2 days before departure.
  • No-shows are not refundable.

The exact terms attached to your booking are shown at checkout and on your voucher, and those terms prevail. We may cancel or reschedule a tour for safety, weather or circumstances beyond our control, in which case we will offer an alternative date or a refund of the amount paid to us.

7. Access, health and conduct

The shared half-day tour is stroller-accessible but not wheelchair-accessible. The private half-day tour has a minimum age of 3 and a minimum of 2 adults. Batu Caves involves 272 steps with no lift. Please tell us about mobility, medical or dietary needs before booking so we can advise honestly. We may decline to carry anyone whose behaviour puts other travellers, our staff or the public at risk.

8. Sites of worship and local rules

The Putra Mosque admits non-Muslim visitors only during published visiting windows and closes during prayers. Arms and legs must be covered and women cover their head; robes are lent free at the entrance. Photography is permitted in the courtyard and main areas but not in the prayer hall. Where a site is closed or a rule changes at short notice, your guide will adjust the itinerary.

9. Itinerary changes

Stops and their order may change on the day for traffic, weather, prayer times, site closures or the pace of your group. We will keep the substance of the tour intact and tell you what has changed and why.

10. Liability

We take reasonable care in operating your tour. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Travel insurance is not included and we recommend you hold your own.

11. Website content

Text, images, logos and layout on this site belong to Exotic Asia Holidays Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd or its licensors. Tour facts, hours and prices are published in good faith and kept current, but opening hours and third-party schedules can change without notice.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
