Putrajaya Tours is a brand of Exotic Asia Holidays Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd (ROC 898289M), a licensed Malaysian tour operator. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company. This policy explains what we collect when you use putrajayatours.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and run your tour:

• Your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number when you send an enquiry
• Booking details you give us: dates, number of travellers, pickup location, accessibility needs
• Messages you send us by form, WhatsApp, phone or social media
• Standard technical data your browser sends, such as page URL and referring page

We do not take card details on this website. Bookings and payments are processed by our reservation provider, Bokun, on their own systems and under their own terms.

2. How we use your information

• To answer your enquiry and quote for a tour
• To operate a booking: assigning a driver-guide, confirming pickup and sending your driver's contact details before departure
• To contact you about a change, delay or cancellation affecting your tour
• To keep records required of a licensed tour operator in Malaysia

We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

3. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with:

• The driver-guide assigned to your tour, so they can reach you on the day
• Bokun, our reservation system, for booking and payment processing
• Service partners where your itinerary requires it, such as the lake cruise operator
• Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires disclosure

4. Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and to understand which pages people find useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you booking a tour, though some page features may behave differently.

5. Third-party content

Some pages embed a booking widget from Bokun. Booking pages you interact with inside that widget are governed by Bokun's own privacy policy. We also link to our sister site mytravellane.com and to our social media profiles, which are covered by their own policies.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept while they may still be useful to you and are then deleted. Booking records are kept for as long as we are required to hold them as a licensed operator, and for the resolution of any dispute or insurance matter.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you give us against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents by unencrypted message.

8. Your rights

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• Delete data we no longer need to keep
• Stop using your details for anything other than an active booking

9. Children

This website is intended for adults booking travel. Where a booking includes children we collect only the details needed to run the tour safely, such as age for pricing and seat requirements, and we take those from the adult making the booking.
